A ‘shop steward’ may be appointed to check the correctness of the vote count and generally over the voting process. A person who will have read-only access to the voting system, logs and everything that makes voting transparent can be appointed by the group(s) taking part in the compo. He/she can apply himself/herself and if he/she gets the approval of the others he/she will become this “shop steward”. A condition – such a volunteer must not consume alcohol on the day of the compo at least 8 hours before the compo starts and all the time until the official closing of the voting system.

Any C64 gfx format, as long as runnable from BASIC is allowed. No animation, no scrolling images. Images must be runnable from BASIC as .prg, .d64 files or physical 5.25 discs files are acceptable too. Limited to your imagination, but please no wireing/copying. In this category, demos that insult others, incite to hatred, go beyond the framework of normal human relations WILL NOT be considered and will not be published. No 100% AI gfx. No 100% convert. At least 3 stages of work required. Maximum of 2 gfx from one author. No politics, hate, hate speech or similar things. The scene is to bring people together.
