REGULATIONS FOR THE NON-MASS EVENT MOONSHINE DRAGONS 2024
§ 0 – the most important!
If any of the points is unacceptable for you. You have different views and opinions on the party organization DO NOT COME TO US. We don’t want the party to become an arena for fights and challenges against anyone for their views, origin, roots of parents, grandparents and 10 generations back, for their religious, sexual, vaccination, anti-vaccination orientation. No politics, hate, hate speech and similar things. The scene is to bring people together. One likes to eat apples another likes to eat plums – the common ground is that they both like fruit. We don’t care if the earth is flat or square. If you think someone is worse than you because they think differently than you and you want to express that by crashing the event – don’t come either. No regrets from our side. Just – have your own party and set your rules there.
§ 1
General information
1. The Regulations apply to the non-mass event entitled “Moonshine Dragons 2024” taking place from 24th May 2024 to 26th May 2024 in Opole, hereinafter referred to as “Event”.
2. The organiser of the Event is: Association of Oldschool Computer Enthusiasts “SMOK” KRS number: 0000750646
3. The Event is closed, available only to registered persons, ticketed as a donation to the Association. Participation in the Event is possible after prior registration through the event website or on site at the reception.
4. The event takes place from 17:00 (24 May 2024) to 12:00 (26 May 2024)
5. Entrance to the Event means acceptance of the provisions of the Regulations and generally applicable law, in terms of liability in connection with participation in the Event.
6. The Regulations of the Event are made available to the participants of the Event:
(a) in front of the entrances to the Event site
(b) on the Organiser’s website https://moonshinedragons.party/party-rules.html
§ 2
Obligations of the Organisers
1.The Organizers ensure that participants take part in demonstrations, lectures and other activities resulting from the Event’s schedule.
2.Organizers are not liable for any items left by the participants in the Event’s area.
3.Organizer has their own security service and information service. The security service are obliged to remove from Event any intoxicated person whose behaviour disturbs the proceedings of Event. If the undertaken actions are ineffective, the security services request the assistance of the Police. In case of an accident, fainting or other health problems, contact the security service.
4. In the event of loss of persons or property, contact the security staff on duty, the orderlies or the information desk at the entrance.
5. All problems and questions regarding the Event should be reported to the security or information staff.
6.Participants of Event are obliged to respect the property of other participants of Event, gathered equipment, all other devices and technical installations and property being the property of organizer and the building owner, as well as to comply with the rules of these Regulations.
§ 3
The rights of the services
1.The security service may refuse admission to Event Venue and stay in the venue to persons who do not possess a ticket confirming their participation in the event, as well as persons
(a) under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, psychotropic drugs or other similarly acting agents,
b) in possession of weapons or other dangerous objects, materials, products or alcoholic beverages and narcotic drugs or substances,
c) behaving aggressively, provocatively or in any other way posing a threat to safety or order at Event
§ 4
Behaviour at Event
1.Everyone present at the Event should behave in a way that does not harm or endanger other people or the gathered property.
2.Friendship rules. This should be the overriding goal for everyone.
§ 5
Prohibitions
- it is prohibited to:
a) Bringing in gas spraying containers, corrosive substances, weapons within the meaning of the Weapons and Ammunition Act of 21 May 1999, pyrotechnic products, fire hazardous materials and other dangerous objects or explosives
b) throw any objects at the event’s venue
c) ignite fire, light fireworks, glowing balls, flares, etc.
d) violate bodily integrity of security or information staff, as well as participants
e) use items of clothing or an object to cover the face in order to prevent or hinder recognition of his/her person during the commission of an offence
f) use vulgar and abusive language, sing obscene songs and insult any person
g) Dangerous objects, alcoholic beverages, pyrotechnics and narcotics found on a person during the inspection of luggage or clothing by security services will be secured by the organiser and handed over to law enforcement agencies on their request.
§ 6
Responsibility
1. Persons infringing the principles of safety and order at the Event may be held criminally liable, liable under administrative and civil law, depending on the nature of the offence.
2. Persons causing damage to property are obliged to repair it.
3.Organizer may remove from Event Venue any person who does not comply with these Regulations, especially with safety rules and regulations or whose presence at Event Venue could be interpreted as a source of danger to others.
§ 7
Recording of Event
1.Event will be recorded on audio and video carriers.
2.Event will be broadcast live on the Internet.
3. Parts or all of the material can be published on the websites run by the Association, Event’s website, website of the service broadcasting the event live on the Internet and on Youtube channels run by the Association or others
4. Participants of the event agree to disseminate their image.

§ 0 – najważniejszy!
Jeśli którykolwiek w punktów jest dla Ciebie nie do przyjęcia. Masz inne poglądy i spojrzenie na organizację party NIE PRZYJEŻDŻAJ do nas. Nie chcemy, aby party stało się areną do bójek i wyzwisk kogokolwiek za poglądy, pochodzenie, korzenie rodziców, dziadków i 10 pokolenia wstecz, za orientację religijną, seksualną, szczepionkową, antyszczepionkową. Nie obchodzi nas czy ziemia jest płaska czy kwadratowa. Bez polityki, hate, mowy nienawiści i podobnych rzeczy. Scena ma łączyć ludzi. Jeden lubi jeść jabłka inny lub jeść śliwki – wspólnym miejscem jest to, że obaj lubią owoce. Jeśli uważasz kogoś za gorszego od siebie bo myśli inaczej niż Ty i chcesz dać temu wyraz poprzez rozwalenie imprezy – też nie przyjeżdżaj. Bez żalu z naszej strony. Po prostu – zrób swoje party i tam ustalaj swoje zasady.
§ 1
Informacje ogólne
1. Regulamin obowiązuje na terenie imprezy niemasowej o nazwie “Moonshine Dragons 2024” odbywającej się w dniach 24 maja 2024 do 26 maja 2024 r. w Opolu, zwanej dalej “Imprezą”.
2. Organizatorem Imprezy jest: Stowarzyszenie Miłośników Oldschoolowych Komputerów “SMOK” Numer KRS: 0000750646
3. Impreza jest zamknięta, dostępna tylko dla zarejestrowanych osób, biletowana w formie darowizny na Stowarzyszenie. Udział w Imprezie jest możliwy po wcześniejszej rejestracji przez stronę wydarzenia lub na miejscu w recepcji.
4. Impreza odbywa się w godzinach od 17:00 (24 maja 2024) do 12:00 (26 maja 2024)
5. Wejście na teren imprezy oznacza akceptację postanowień Regulaminu i przepisów prawa powszechnie obowiązującego, w zakresie dotyczącym odpowiedzialności w związku z uczestnictwem w Imprezie.
6. Regulamin imprezy udostępniony jest dla uczestników imprezy:
(a) przed wejściami na teren imprezy
(b) na stronie internetowej organizatora https://moonshinedragons.party/party-rules.html
§ 2
Obowiązki Organizatorów
1. Organizatorzy zapewniają uczestnikom udział w pokazach, prelekcjach i innych aktywnościach wynikających z harmonogramu Imprezy.
2. Organizatorzy nie ponoszą odpowiedzialności za rzeczy pozostawione przez uczestników na terenie Imprezy.
3. Organizator dysponuje własną służbą porządkową, ochroną i obsługą informacyjną. Służby porządkowe są zobowiązane do usunięcia z Imprezy osoby nietrzeźwej i zakłócającej swoim zachowaniem przebieg Imprezy. Jeżeli podjęte działania są nieskuteczne, służby porządkowe występują o pomoc do Policji. W razie wypadku, zasłabnięcia lub innych dolegliwości zdrowotnych należy zgłosić się do służb porządkowych.
4. W przypadku zagubienia osób lub mienia należy zgłosić się do dyżurujących, służb porządkowych lub punktu informacyjnego znajdującego się przy wejściu.
5. Wszystkie problemy i zapytania dotyczące przebiegu Imprezy, należy zgłaszać do służb porządkowych lub informacyjnych imprezy.
6. Uczestnicy Imprezy są zobowiązani do szanowania mienia innych uczestników Imprezy, zgromadzonego sprzętu, wszelkich innych urządzeń i instalacji technicznych oraz mienia stanowiącego własność organizatora i właściciela budynku, jak również do przestrzegania zasad niniejszego regulaminu.
§ 3
Uprawnienia służb
1. Służby porządkowe mogą odmówić wstępu na teren imprezy oraz przebywania na nim osobom, które nie posiadają biletu potwierdzającego zgłoszenie udziału w imprezie, a także osób:
a) znajdujących się pod wpływem alkoholu, środków odurzających, psychotropowych lub innych podobnie działających środków,
b) posiadającym broń lub inne niebezpieczne przedmioty, materiały, wyroby lub napoje alkoholowe oraz środki bądź substancje odurzające,
c) zachowującym się agresywnie, prowokacyjnie albo w inny sposób stwarzający zagrożenie bezpieczeństwa lub porządku na Imprezie
§ 4
Zachowanie na imprezie
1. Każdy kto przebywa na Imprezie powinien się zachowywać tak, aby nie szkodził i nie zagrażał innym osobom ani zgromadzonemu mieniu.
2. Zasady friendship. To powinno być dla każdego nadrzędnym celem.
§ 5
Zakazy
1. Zabrania się:
a) Wnoszenia pojemników do rozpylania gazu, substancji żrących, broni w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 21 maja 1999 r. o broni i amunicji, wyrobów pirotechnicznych, materiałów pożarowo niebezpiecznych a także innych niebezpiecznych przedmiotów lub materiałów wybuchowych
b) rzucania jakichkolwiek przedmiotów na terenie imprezy
c) rozniecania ognia, zapalania fajerwerków, kul świecących, rac, itp.
d) naruszenia nietykalności cielesnej służby porządkowej lub informacyjnej oraz uczestników
e) używania elementów odzieży lub przedmiotu do zakrycia twarzy celem uniemożliwienia lub utrudnienia rozpoznania jego osoby w czasie popełniania czynu zabronionego
f) używania wulgarnego i obraźliwego słownictwa, śpiewania obscenicznych piosenek i obrażania jakichkolwiek osób
Przedmioty niebezpieczne, napoje alkoholowe, środki pirotechniczne, środki odurzające, które zostały znalezione przy osobie podczas przeglądu bagażu lub odzieży przez służby porządkowe zostają zabezpieczone przez organizatora i przekazane organom ścigania na ich żądanie.
§ 6
Odpowiedzialność
1. Osoby naruszające zasady bezpieczeństwa i porządku na Imprezie mogą ponosić odpowiedzialność karną, odpowiedzialność wynikająca z przepisów prawa administracyjnego i cywilnego, w zależności od rodzaju przewinienia.
2. Osoby wyrządzające szkody w mieniu są zobowiązane do ich naprawienia.
3. Organizator może usunąć z terenu Imprezy każdą osobę nie stosującą się do powyższego Regulaminu zwłaszcza zasad i przepisów bezpieczeństwa, albo której obecność na terenie Imprezy mogłaby być interpretowana jako źródło zagrożenia innych osób.
§ 7
Utrwalenie przebiegu imprezy
1. Impreza będzie utrwalana na nośnikach audio i video.
2. Impreza będzie transmitowana na żywo w serwisie internetowym
3. Fragmenty lub całość materiału może być publikowana na stronach internetowych prowadzonych przez Stowarzyszenie, stronie Imprezy, stronie serwisu transmitującego imprezę na żywo w sieci internet oraz na kanałach Youtube prowadzonym przez Stowarzyszenie lub innych
4. Uczestnicy imprezy wyrażają zgodę na rozpowszechnianie swojego wizerunku.
